Used Equipment Limited Warranty

Bakery Equipment.com,Inc. prides itself on selling only quality used equipment.  By partnering with Used Equipment Dealers all over the nation we are able to bring you a wide variety of equipment at a price you can afford! 

We know that because you may not be able to inspect the equipment personally prior to purchase, that you put a great deal of faith in us to make sure that what we tell you about the item and it’s condition will be true.   We have contracted with our Dealers to make sure that they provide a minimum of one color photo of the item, Model number, serial number-when available and an item condition-evaluation report prior to your purchase.  As you trust us to give you correct information about the equipment, we in turn trust our dealers to provide us with true and accurate information.

We guarantee that the item pictured will be the item you receive and that the item will be in working order.  Model & Serial Numbers may not always be available at the time of purchase, due to units being stored in large warehouses. Manufacturer spec sheets on equipment may be provided when available.  Manuals are not normally included, but may be purchased - if available- for $25.00 per copy.

Used Equipment Warranties & Return Policy

  • If an item is shipped outside the United States all warranties are void. Items shipped out side of United States are sold As Is, No Warranty, No Refunds.
  • Bakery Equipment.com, Inc. does not issue refunds for Used Equipment.
  • Equipment is sold with a 30-day parts warranty.
    • Bakery Equipment.com, Inc. guarantees their used equipment to be in working order if that is what is represented to you.
      • If the item is not in working order when it arrives. STOP – call us first. We will arrange for a service technician to come and repair your item at no cost to you.
        • If an un-authorized technician works on the item, all warranties are void and you will be responsible for the cost of the repair.
    • All warranties are void if the piece of equipment is installed by an un-authorized installer
      • Conversions, modifications or alterations made to equipment to suit a customer's installation requirements shall void the warranty, this includes electrical/voltage conversions, propane/gas conversions, as well as other structural or mechanical modifications performed by the customer or installers un-authorized by Bakery Equipment.com Inc.
    • Prior authorization for warranty parts purchases must be obtained from Bakery Equipment.com in order to receive any warranty part reimbursements. We have service Techs on staff that may be able to trouble shoot problems for you without the need for expensive labor or parts.
    • Bakery Equipment.com will only pay for parts that are deemed necessary for the proper operation of the unit.
    • Only parts purchased from a Bakery Equipment.com authorized service agency will be honored.
    • Please keep all parts receipts and submit a warranty reimbursement request, along with a Bakery Equipment.com Warranty Authorization number, via fax or mail.
  • Extended 6 month warranties are available for an additional charge.
  • All used equipment sales are final.  No returns, no refunds.
    • If an item sold by BakeryEquipment.com, Inc. does not work upon delivery and cannot be fixed, BakeryEquipment.com may in this case offer an in-store credit for another piece of equipment equal to the value of the item in question.
    • Used Items may not be returned because they do not meet the buyers needs. This means that if you buy a piece of equipment to perform a task that may not be it's original purpose, we would be unable to exchange the item.  Used items may not be returned because they do not meet local County or City Inspector Guidelines .We urge you to ask as many questions as you feel needed before making your purchase.
  • Items Not Covered Under Warranty:
    • Any work or parts performed/purchases from an unauthorized service agency
    • Adjustments and Calibrations
    • Damage due to shipping and handling (this is the responsibility of the shipping company)
    • Any Item Sold To A Dealer - who accepts the Dealer Discounted Price.
