Globe Commercial 8 Quart Mini Mixer
8 Quart stainless steel bowl with handle is convenient to handle mixing requirements of small batches in commercial kitchens. Standard planetary mixing action - agitator moves clockwise and shaft moves counterclockwise to reach every part of the bowl. This mixes all the ingredients thoroughly and there is no need to rotate the bowl. Quick release safety guard/splash guard ensures safe operation. 4 rubber pads stabilize mixer.
