The Atwood S500 Multi Divider is designed to accurately divide dough in the 1 to 3 ounce range where production requirements call for 6,000 to 10,000 dough pieces per hour. Utilizing the famous Scale O Matic Dough Divider, a larger dough piece is divided then cut into 3, 4, or 5 equal pieces. This unit is ideal for dividing a wide variety of products, especially tortillas and pita breads. The S500 is UL listed and BISSC certified.
