The model RK2201
from AM Manufacturing is a single bank, rotating
knife divider. It can achieve output speeds of up
to 4,800 pieces per hour (depending on size)
allowing greater bagel production. Its versatile
yet simple design makes it both labor saving and
cost effective. Couple the RK2201
with the BF110, the result is the
RK2200 Series II Rotary Knife
Divider/Former. The addition of the ADF1
Automatic Dough Feeder completely
automates bagel production. The RK2201 is
UL , ETL listed, and BISSC certified. This kind of
high quality engineering is nothing new at AM
