SPECIFICATIONS:
CONSTRUCTION:
Oven
framework shall be made of 1/4" thick
angle iron, completely welded to form a
single unit. All interior baking chamber
surfaces shall be 16 gauge, high heat
aluminized steel. Oven body and lining shall
be welded to the steel framework.
EXTERIOR
FINISH:
Oven
front shall be made of 22 gauge, type 430
stainless steel, #4 finish. Top, sides and
back shall be made of 18 gauge, electro
galvanized steel, with Bakertone gray
finish. When provided, optional stainless
steel sides, top and back shall be made of
20 gauge type 430 stainless steel, #4
finish.
DOORS:
Exterior
surface of doors shall be 22 gauge, type 430
stainless steel, #4 finish. Top door shall
be counter balanced with a heavy duty, high
tension spring and shall remain open or
closed until moved. Door handles shall
be made of heavy duty chrome plated tubular
steel.
HEARTH:
Each
oven shall be equipped with hearths 1
1/2" thick an shall be supported by
1/4" thick angle iron frame. For pan
baking a 12 gauge high heat aluminized steel
baking deck shall be provided (optional).
INSULATION:
Entire
oven shall be insulated with not less than
2" thick heavy duty industrial felt.
LEGS:
Legs
shall be made of 7 gauge, H.R.S. with
Bakertone gray finish. Optional leg covers
shall be made of 22 gauge, type 430
stainless steel. #4 finish.
STACKING:
When
ovens are stacked they shall be stacked
evenly with no wasted space in between the
top and bottom unit.

FLAME
DIVERTERS:
Each
oven shall b equipped with two (2) 16 gauge.
Hi heat Aluminized steel slide out type flame diverters.
THERMOSTAT:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a 650°F
thermostat.
COMBINATION
CONTROL VALVE:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a control valve
which incorporates a manual valve, pilot
safety automatic valve, and gas regulator.
Pressure settings shall be 3.5" water
column for natural gas and 10" water
column for LP gas.
AIR
MIXER:
Each
oven shall be equipped with two (2) adjustable
brass air mixer shutters complete with locking
device for proper mixing of air and gas.
HEAT
CONTROL:
Each
oven shall have two (2) adjustable heat
control dampers to allow for the complete
balanced control of top and bottom heat.
GAS
CONNECTION:
Each
oven shall be equipped with a 3/4" NPT
gas connection on side and rear.
BURNERS:
Each
oven shall be provided with a dual steel pipe
burner located to provide even heat
distribution throughout the oven compartment.
The burner system shall be fully protected and
serviceable from the front of the oven.
WARRANTY:
Each
oven shall be covered under limited Warranty
for parts and labor, for a period of one year.
APPROVALS
AND CERTIFICATIONS:
This
unit shall bear the approvals of American Gas
Association Laboratories and Canadian Gas
Association (in Canada only); and NSF
International certification. |
